1. Concept-only status
ClyraHQ is a fictional software concept created for design and development portfolio purposes. No commercial ClyraHQ subscription, account or service is offered through this build.
2. Demo use
You may explore, add, edit, archive and delete synthetic demo records to evaluate the interface. Do not enter real personal information, confidential business information, payment details, passwords or other sensitive data. Dashboard changes reset when the page reloads.
3. Synthetic information
Names, organisations, invoices, payments, messages, documents, analytics and operational figures shown in the demo are synthetic or illustrative. They must not be treated as real records or relied upon for financial, legal, accounting or business decisions.
4. Simulated functionality
Actions such as sending messages, marking invoices as paid, editing documents, changing settings and maintaining payment history simulate a production workflow in the browser. They do not send communications, transfer money, upload files or change a real external system.
5. Intellectual property
The ClyraHQ concept identity, interface design, original code and presentation are portfolio materials created by DevNexura unless otherwise stated. The fictional name is used for this concept and is not presented as an operating company or registered trade mark.
6. Availability and liability
The demo is provided as-is for demonstration purposes and may be changed, reset, removed or unavailable. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Links to DevNexura or hosting providers lead to separate websites or services with their own terms and policies.
