Contact details used

If you email DevNexura or use the enquiry form, your name, email address, business name, project details and any optional information you provide may be processed.

Preference data used

This site stores cookie preference choices in your browser so the banner and settings can work properly.

1. Information that may be collected

2. How your information is used

DevNexura uses information to respond to enquiries, assess project fit, prepare proposals, maintain relevant business records, improve the website experience, and protect the website or inbox from spam, misuse or security issues.

3. Lawful basis for processing

Where UK GDPR applies, the main lawful bases relied on are:

4. Third-party services and sharing

DevNexura uses third-party service providers where necessary to operate the website and respond to enquiries. The current website is hosted through Cloudflare Pages, the enquiry form is delivered using FormSubmit, and enquiries are received through the DevNexura Yahoo email account. These providers may process limited technical or contact information needed to provide their service. Personal information is not sold.

The current enquiry form uses FormSubmit to forward the information you enter to DevNexura. Form submissions may therefore be processed by FormSubmit as part of delivering the enquiry.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Essential browser storage is used to save cookie preferences. The current live build does not intentionally load analytics or advertising tools by default. If that changes later, the consent mechanism is intended to control them first.

6. How long data is kept

Enquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to manage communications, evaluate work opportunities, maintain records, or comply with legal and accounting obligations. Data that is no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised where appropriate.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, ask for correction, request deletion, restrict processing, object to processing, or request data portability. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office if you believe your data has been handled improperly.
